The power of pressure.

Crazy week.  Lots of activity and talk leading up to these august fights.  Venues from big to small and all in between.  It's weird watching how athletes at different levels handle the pressure.  Got top guys preparing for televised events as cool as a cucumber while first timers don't know how to react.  All in all the seasoned vets are good peers guiding the whole crew to supreme levels of confidence.  Sometimes the team has to look back and see that in the strongest states, success was heavily contingent on teamwork and trust.  When power struggles are waged upside potential crumbles and politics distract from serving the greater good of the team and limit each athlete individually.  A day in the life... more complicated than most understand....
